Spreading a bit of sunshine
Chrissie Jackson is a very familiar face in Newquay. As the co-founder of the Newquay Voice, photographer and sailor.
Earlier this year, Chrissie was given the devastating news that she has stage 4 cancer. There is no cure, purely prolonging her life for as long as they can. But this doesn’t mean that she’s just sitting back and giving up. Quite the opposite.
There’s lots that Chrissie would like to achieve, and you can read all about them and how to get involved on this website. Plus, she wants to help raise as much money as she can for a number of local charities close to her heart.
“Hold your face to the sun and let the shadows fall behind you”
